Mary Ann is a native of Santa Fe but she’s kind of a country girl and now calls herself a Pecos Panther! Mary Ann has the sweetest and kindest disposition you can imagine, and is a comforting presence when our nervous patients are in the dental chair.
Mary Ann graduated in 2012 from Santa Fe Community College’s Dental Assisting program. Subsequently, she continued her education and became one of New Mexico’s first EFDA’s under the new program that allows dental assistants to place fillings, do final adjustments, take final impressions, and so forth. Only a handful of dental assistants in New Mexico currently hold this certification. She graduated at the top of her class and is truly proficient at fillings. Dr. French says she’s better at fillings than most dentists newly graduated from dental school!
Mary Ann loves the mountains and any kind of outdoor activity. She fishes the Pecos, and she goes off-roading in her Toyota 4 x 4! She enjoys traveling. Playing volleyball in a Santa Fe city league is another one of her hobbies.
We feel very fortunate to have Mary Ann as the newest member of our team.
