Meet Our Team

Connie is the first person to welcome you when you arrive for your visit. She was born in Virginia and grew up in Pojoaque/Santa Fe area. She now lives in Albuquerque with her husband of 25 years, who she met 40 years ago.

Connie has been in the dental field for over 20 years and has experience working as a patient care coordinator for a periodontal and an endodontic office. She has been with Dr. French for more than five years and continues to expand her knowledge of general dentistry.

As an office manager, Connie enjoys getting to know each of our patients and strives to build a relationship with them to ensure their visit is a positive experience from beginning to end. She works hard to help patients so they realize this is the best office to suit their needs.

Lara grew up in Southern California before attending Brigham Young University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in international relations with an emphasis on Japanese. She spent several years living in Japan where she studied and served an LDS mission.

Lara has been working full time in our office for about six years, but with her and Dr French’s last child in college, she has decided to go back to school and pursue her master’s degree in clinical counseling psychology from Pacifica University in Santa Barbara. They have a condensed class schedule there, so she can go out once a month for three days of intense classes, then do the tests, papers and other requirements back here in Santa Fe. She still helps with a few things at the office, so you still might see her from time to time.

Jim is the second person to welcome you when you arrive for your visit. He was born in Florida and has lived in many places, as his dad was in the Air Force. He now lives in Alburquerque with his beautiful wife Connie of 26 years, who he met over 40 years ago. They have 3 sons and 5 grandchildren. As for Jim’s birthdate, he claims him and Moses were born the same year. Jim loves to play golf with his wife Connie and son’s James Jr. and Jesse.

He is the office gopher. As an office gopher he does a little bit of everything.

Abby waas born in Chicago, IL, and raised in Las Vegas, NV. She graduated from hygiene school in 2017 in Salt Lake City, UT. She worked in private practice for 2 years and then was enployed for 4 wondeful years at Hill Air Force Base where she met her husband, Cory. With this marriage, she gained an awesome bonus son, Shawn. Abby and Cory have two fur babies, Luna and Narcissa. Fair warning: Abby is quite obsessed with them and will talk about them any chance she gets!

She is very passionate about creating a fun and comfortable, yet informative experience in the dental chair. She communicates with patients in a manner that sets their mind at ease when in her care.

In her free time, Abby enjoys spending time with her dogs, reading, napping, and finding all the best places for carbs, acai bowls and desserts.

Lauren was born in Laguna Beach, California, but her family was born and raised in New Mexico. She now lives in Santa Fe with her two daughters, her stepson and her boyfriend.

Her two beautiful daughters and stepson bring warmth and joy into her life. Lauren is very family oriented and has always placed family first. She enjoys a variety of outdoor and indoor activities, which include hiking, swimming, playing the piano and making art.

Upon moving to Santa Fe, she realized she wanted to work in an office where she can excel with a talented cosmetic dentist. Over the course of five years, her dental experience has brought her great satisfaction in knowing that she is helping people and giving the best care and service to her patients.

Jennifer was born and raised in Denver, Colorado, and moved to Santa Fe over 20 years ago. She has three sons and has been married to her husband, Harry, for over 17 years. Currently, she lives in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

In 2023, Jennifer earned a Master’s of Dental Hygiene Science with Distinction, focusing on nanotechnology for use in biological sciences. Jennifer is a passionate educator, teaching various dental science subjects to dental assistants in Albuquerque.

She is known for her gentle and caring approach to dental health and is dedicated to providing thoughtful guidance, patience, skill, and individualized care to her patients. In her free time, Jennifer enjoys listening to podcasts, good music, hiking, and spending time with friends and family.

Victoria is from West Texas, but her family was born and raised in New Mexico. She now lives in Santa Fe with her three daughters, and husband.

She started her dental career in 2017 and has enjoyed every moment.

In her spare time she enjoys being with her loved ones, traveling, dancing, watching her children play sports, cooking and going on dates with her husband.
